Experience an unforgettable and intimate dinner with authentic French cuisine at La Cabriole. Visits are reservations only and each night offers a different menu selection. Indulge in a seven course meal that brings France's finest foods to the Tennessee Valley. Carre 'd' agneau a 'l' ail (rack of lamb with garlic), Nol au Nent (veal with white sauce served in a pastryshell), Cote de porc belle Normande (pork chop with apples) are just some of the meals that could be available. Bring your own wine and we will do the rest. La Cabriole is only open on Friday and Saturday and only takes reservations. Please inform the restaurant of the certificate when making the reservation.
